CELC is currently operating at 65% of pre-pandemic enrollment, but at 100% of personnel costs, since we are keeping our classes separate at all times of the day, and need dedicated staff for drop-off and pick-up hours. We are also facing increased costs for additional cleaning and disinfecting, and have installed 2 new air treatment units in our airducts to further help with keeping our childcare center as healthy as possible. And our new distance learning support program for school age children required us to upgrade our WiFi technology.
